All Lux Electra products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Dead LEDs, color inconsistency, adhesive failure, and manufacturing defects in LED chips or PCB.

🎛️ Controllers

Hardware malfunction, connectivity failure, firmware issues, and defective components.

🔌 Power Supplies

Output failure, voltage irregularity, overheating under normal use, and defective wiring or connectors.

🔗 Connectors & Accessories

Faulty connections, broken pins, defective cables, and manufacturing defects in aluminum channels.

❌ What's Not Covered

  • ● Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse
  • ● Use of incorrect voltage power supplies or incompatible controllers
  • ● Physical damage (drops, water damage on non-waterproof products, cuts, burns)
  • ● Normal wear and tear, including gradual brightness reduction over time
  • ● Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • ● Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or electrical faults

  • 2. Include your order number and date of purchase
  • 3. Describe the issue and attach photos or a short video showing the defect
  • 4. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and respond with next steps
